Our wine cellar turned its particular attention to the Sangiovese grape variety as the expression of the autochthonous grape, which is produced as Red Wine IGT and Sangiovese IGT, with some varieties chosen after the necessary trials of micro-fermentation. The coupling of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon gives an excellent wine, made from these international grape varieties grown in the local area. Chardonnay fermented in oak barrels is the queen of white wines, with very good commercial success and many important prizes received in the years. Our latest wine is a mix of Pinot Blanc, Tocai Friulano and Sauvignon grapes, destined for the production of a white wine with great aroma, fresh and dry to the taste. It is a demonstration of the fact that this area has great potential in the production of white grapes and wines. The company's gem is the rosé wine obtained from the pink vinification of Ciliegiolo and Sangiovese.
