ha, surrounding the company’s complex transformed into a rural residence
with the ancient peasants’ houses, outbuildings, swimming pool and private
During the last decade, after an attentive soil analysis, the vineyards
were completely re-planted according to modern cultivation techniques and
careful clone selection.
The company performs the transformation processes using modern equipment
of thermo-refrigeration and production methods according to advanced technologies.
Wine refining takes place in oak barrels, with an automatic control of the
temperature and humidity levels, necessary for a correct and balanced sequence
